MaPS fails to provide Equalities and Vulnerability Impact Assessment. WADA complains to ICO.

MaPS has now responded to our Freedom of Information request regarding its Equalities and Vulnerability Impact Assessment (‘EVIA’). Unfortunately, it is attempting to with-hold the publication of this document, claiming that it is only in ‘draft’ form and therefore exempt from the Freedom of Information Act.

We dispute this, as the pre-commissioning EVIA is a final document which should have informed the relative funding allocations for national and regional lots, and the service specifications for its procurement exercise. We have therefore today lodged a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

You can view the MaPS letter with-holding publication here.
