On Wednesday 13th January, MPs will be debating the Financial Services Bill and have the opportunity to table amendments. Please write to your MP using our template and ask them to support our campaign for a ‘better breathing space’.

The Government’s ‘breathing space’ won’t work for significant numbers of clients in the most vulnerable situations. It will place an unnecessary administrative burden on already stretched advice services, and it jeopardises the relationship between advisers and our clients.
